Attention Candidates for Graduation:

In order to properly plan for your participation in WVU’s December Graduates Convocation, we ask that you indicate your intentions to participate in the event.

During the month of November , will receive an invitation to your LOCAL/CAMPUS address with information about the convocation.

To register, please complete the following online form: DECEMBER GRADUATE EVENT RSVP

If you do not complete the online form, we assume you are NOT participating in the convocation.

Deadline for registration is Wednesday, December 9.

Participation in the December Graduates Convocation does not guarantee or signify the completion of degree requirements. Any questions regarding academic status should be addressed with a student’s advisor or the Office of the Registrar. The official listing of WVU’s fall graduates will be available and posted online after degrees are conferred in late December. Diplomas will be mailed in January 2010.
